Shipping Information


We offer domestic + international shipping and in store pick-up 

Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please note that online orders placed after 6:00pm PST will not be processed until the next business day.

For all non-expedited orders, please allow up to 2 days shipping/handling time.

In Store Pick Up - Orders are available for pick up at our stores daily from 10-6 pm

 

Online Return Policy 

Item(s) must arrive in store within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund. For items received past the 14 day threshold, we will offer exchange or store credit only. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any purchase and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned merchandise must have the original tags attached, show no signs of wear and must be in excellent selling condition. We have the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our resale standards.
